General Rules
1 - Friendly Environment
Harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior have no place in this community. We want this to be a server that players enjoy spending their time on. We have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, bigotry, sexual harassment, and verbal abuse.
Characters that exist solely as offensive stereotypes or fetishistic representations are not permitted.
Honesty with staff is expected. Providing false or misleading information during tickets or investigations may result in disciplinary action.
Retaliating against another player for submitting a report or participating in a staff investigation is strictly prohibited. This includes direct harassment, indirect harassment, intimidation, or any attempt to punish someone because they reported an issue. Staff reserve the right to issue strikes or further disciplinary action for retaliation.
2 - Adults Only
This is an adults-only community. All players must be 18 years or older.
Characters that are underage or portrayed as child-like are not permitted under any circumstances.
All characters must be at least the adult age for their race and no younger than 20 years old. Elven characters must be at least 100 years old.
3 - Always Be in a Clan
Every player must belong to a clan at all times, even if they play alone.
Any structures or placeables that are not owned by a clan may be removed by staff without notice.
4 - Bugs, Cheating & Exploits
Bugs can occasionally occur within server systems, including combat, the economy, or custom mechanics. If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to staff as soon as possible and do not abuse it for personal gain.
Cheating, exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics, abusing server systems, using third-party cheats, or attempting malicious actions such as DDoS attacks will not be tolerated and may result in an immediate permanent ban.
5 - English Only
The primary language of the server is English.
Characters may occasionally use words or short phrases from D&D languages (or appropriate real-world languages for regional accents or dialects) for flavor. These should be used sparingly, and players should be willing to explain their meaning when appropriate if another character mechanically understands that language.
6 - Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises with another player, make a reasonable effort to resolve it together respectfully.
If the issue cannot be resolved, submit a ticket and allow staff to handle the situation. Do not argue publicly, attempt to enforce the rules yourself, or threaten another player with moderation or ticket action.
All formal reports and rulings are handled through tickets, not private messages with staff.
Roleplay should continue while a ticket is being reviewed. Do not pause or freeze scenes while waiting for a staff ruling. The only exception is when your personal consent has been violated, in which case you may immediately remove yourself from the scene.
Attempting to "staff shop" by seeking a different moderator to obtain a preferred ruling is prohibited. If you genuinely believe a staff member handled your ticket unfairly or acted with bias, you may submit a staff report for review.
7 - Keep OOC SFW
Out-of-character channels are to remain safe for work.
NSFW discussions are not permitted in global chat or public Discord channels.
8 - Staff Are Held to a Higher Standard
Staff members are expected to follow every server rule while setting the example for the community.
In addition to managing the server and assisting players, staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and fairly at all times.
If you witness a staff member intentionally violating the rules, submit a staff report ticket with any available evidence. Reports made in good faith may be submitted without fear of retaliation.
